The White River Municipal Council is committed to representing the community of White River, and acting on the best interest of its residents.
The Council has diverse responsibilities which include developing and implementing policy, managing revenue, directing Municipal Services, and maintaining overall financial integrity of White River.

| Councillor Roger Drolet | Responsible for Health Committee: medical clinic, nurse practitioner, amenity space, ambulance, occupational health and safety. |
| Councillor Kevin Morgan | Responsible for Environmental Services: water and sewer, lagoons, waste disposal site, cemeteries, recycling. |
| Councillor Rodney Swarek | Responsible for Fire and Public Works: fire department, crocker’s lake, building maintenance, policing, Local citizens committee, policy and procedures, by-law enforcement, building inspection, union. |
| Councillor Steve Vandervecht | Responsible for Recreation, Tourism and EDC: visitor centre, arena/recreation, festival and special events, museum, library, economic development. |
