The Council has diverse responsibilities which include developing and implementing policy, managing revenue, directing Municipal Services, and maintaining overall financial integrity of White River.

Responsible for Health Committee: medical clinic, nurse practitioner, amenity space, ambulance, occupational health and safety. |

Councillor Kevin Morgan |
Responsible for Environmental Services: water and sewer, lagoons, waste disposal site, cemeteries, recycling. |

Councillor Rodney Swarek |
Responsible for Fire and Public Works: fire department, crocker’s lake, building maintenance, policing, Local citizens committee, policy and procedures, by-law enforcement, building inspection, union. |

Responsible for Recreation, Tourism and EDC: visitor centre, arena/recreation, festival and special events, museum, library, economic development. |
